Celtic have already made a couple of additions to their squad this summer, with the signings of Odin Thiago Holm and Marco Tilio. A third addition seems close as well, as it looks like it is only a matter of time before Yang Hyun-jun ends up at Parkhead. And fans would expect more fresh faces to arrive as well, with three trophies to defend next season and Champions League group stage football to play too.

One player that Celtic have been linked with in the past is Said Hamulic. The 22-year-old striker ended up joining Toulouse in January though, for a transfer fee believed to be around €2.5 million.

Hamulic has a great scoring record, wherever he has been at in the past. But things have not gone his way at Toulouse. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has not scored or assisted in 9 appearances and 149 minutes of football for the French club.

Thus, there is already speculation about his future at Toulouse. And has the striker dropped a potential Celtic transfer hint on social media?

As reported by the Daily Record, a social media post emerged of the Toulouse striker watching a showcase video of his talents with the caption ‘Said Hamulic, Welcome to Celtic’. It was quickly taken down.

Unsurprisingly, people have tried to put two and two together. And in an era when social media is often the best place to look out for possible transfer hints, fans have wondered whether a move to Celtic might be on the cards for Hamulic this summer.

We all know about the past links with Hamulic. And Celtic could definitely do with another striker. They have two great forwards in the form of Kyogo Furuhashi and Oh Hyeon-gyu. But a third option would not hurt, especially in the Champions League.
