Celtic find themselves in an interesting situation right now. Ange Postecoglou leaving was a huge blow for the club but at the same time, they have a manager in place in Brendan Rodgers, who is a proven success in Scottish football. In his first stint at Parkhead, he won all seven domestic trophies available to him, including two trebles and also an Invincible campaign.

That was a very different team though and it remains to be seen if Rodgers is able to get the best out of the current crop of players. There are fears that many of them could leave this summer, following the departure of Postecoglou.

Celtic have also lost one of their most important players, as Jota has completed a move to Al-Ittihad. But there is some positive news as well.

As reported by the club’s official website, Kyogo has signed a new four-year deal. It will take him to at least 2027 with Celtic.
