Celtic hero available on free transfer this summer
Celtic have recruited brilliantly over the past couple of seasons, under the management of Ange Postecoglou. That has been one of the biggest reasons behind the success that they have enjoyed during the time of the Australian at Parkhead. One of the transfer masterstrokes they pulled off last summer was bringing in Aaron Mooy.
A lot of people were unsure about the move but Mooy has proven himself as a key player for Celtic this season. The man who he replaced in many ways, Tom Rogic, has not had that great of a campaign though.
Rogic spent a long time at Celtic and was an important player in Postecoglou’s plans last season. But he would end up leaving at the end of the campaign.
Many people raised their eyebrows at the timing of the move as Rogic had finally won back his place in the team. And in hindsight, the decision to leave Celtic has proven to be a mistake.

Rogic would leave Celtic and join English Championship side, West Bromwich Albion. But he has failed to make his mark there.
And now, he is set to be without a club once again. As reported by West Bromwich Albion’s official website, Rogic is leaving the club.
Rogic’s time at West Brom Albion was uneventful to say the least and on a number of occasions, he failed to even make the matchday squad. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he made 23 appearances this season, scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists.
It is quite clear that things have not gone as Rogic would have envisioned when he left Celtic. Now, he is set to be available as a free agent once again and it remains to be seen if he can find a new home somewhere, where he will thrive.
