As reported by the Daily Record (via Football Scotland), Brighton & Hove Albion have scouted Mitchel Frame and have joined Crystal Palace in the race for the Celtic academy product.

Frame is just 17 years of age and plays as a left-back. He has impressed at the youth levels for Celtic and has also represented Scotland at the youth levels as well.
It looks like there is interest from down south in his signature as well. And when that is the case, we have seen the youngsters make the move more often than not. Fans will be hoping that the case is different on this occasion.
Frame is certainly someone who could potentially break into the first-team picture at Parkhead one day. For that to happen, he will have to remain at the club.
