Celtic have been brilliant when it comes to their scouting and recruitment during the time of Ange Postecoglou at Parkhead. The club have continued to strengthen their squad relentlessly over the past four transfer windows and have reaped the benefits on the pitch, already winning three trophies under the management of the Australian and more seemingly on the way.

Out of all the brilliant signings that Celtic have made during the time of Postecoglou as manager, the best might very well be Kyogo Furuhashi. The Japanese star has been absolutely fantastic for the Hoops ever since arriving.

And he only seems to be getting better with time. According to stats from Transfermarkt, Kyogo has scored 28 goals and provided 5 assists in 41 appearances across all competitions for Celtic this season.

As a result, it is not hard to understand why he is being linked with a move away. And as reported by Football Insider, Kyogo Furuhashi dreams of playing in the Premier League ahead of a possible move in the summer.

If Kyogo does want to leave in the summer, then there would not be a lack of suitors for his signature. Crystal Palace are a club who have already been linked with the Japanese forward.

Celtic fans will be hoping that he remains at the club for as long as possible though. At the end of the day, he has been a vital part of this team and all the successes that they have enjoyed under the management of Postecoglou. He is an absolute fan favourite as well.

If Kyogo stays on at Parkhead then he has the chance to be a legend of the club. But then, Celtic fans are used to seeing their best players depart. So let’s see what the future holds.
