The upcoming summer transfer window could be a very interesting one for Celtic. Till now, they have been mostly focused on bringing in new players during the time of Ange Postecoglou as manager. But now, many of them are being linked with moves away from Parkhead on the back of impressive performances. Surely the club will want to hold onto their best performers.

One of the players who has been heavily linked with a summer exit is Liel Abada. The Israeli international arrived in the summer of 2021 and has been a key player for the club since then.

But at the same time, he has found starts hard to come by this season, with Jota and Daizen Maeda ahead of him in the pecking order. Recently, there have been a lot of rumours linking him with a move down south.

As reported by Football Insider, Abada is wanted by multiple Premier League clubs amid tensions with Postecoglou. There is a genuine chance of him leaving this summer following a breakdown in relations with the manager.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Abada. But if the rumours of him having a breakdown in relations with Postecoglou are accurate than it is more than likely that the Israeli international will head for the exit door this summer.

He has been linked with clubs like Southampton and Crystal Palace. Those moves will depend on them staying up in the Premier League though.

Abada is a brilliant talent without a doubt. He is just 21 years of age but his instincts in front of goal are superb, as he has the ability to turn a game on its head with his goals and assists. At the same time, he is not a starter at this point of time.
