Celtic are getting ready for one of the most important matches of their season, as they will welcome the Rangers to Parkhead at the weekend. The game could have major implications on the league title race. Ange Postecoglou’s side are leading by nine points with eight games to go and if they are able to win this contest against Michael Beale’s team, then it could end the title race for all intents and purposes.

That is exactly what the Celtic fans will be hoping for as well. And they should take confidence from their recent record against the Rangers. The last time that the two Glasgow giants met, the Hoops ended up winning the Scottish League Cup at Hampden Park.

Celtic have looked like the much better team in recent times. Nothing is for certain in football though, and thus, they must bring their A-game at the weekend.

As reported by the club’s official website, Liam McGrandles will be joined by Ellie Dixon in the lead up to kick-off. The singer’s ‘Big Lizard Energy’ was recently BBC Radio 1’s Tune of the Week.

Dixon will be more popular amongst Hoops fans for her impromptu performance of Jota on the Wing on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Patrick Kielty Show. It went viral on social media and has been a big hit amongst the supporters to say the least.

Dixon will perform the song in tribute to Jota in the lead up to the match along with other Celtic songs as well.
