Josip Juranovic is rumoured to be on his way out of Celtic in the near future. It is believed that the club and the player failed to come to terms on a new contract, and that the Hoops are ready to listen to offers for the full-back in January. European giants like Chelsea, Manchester United, Atletico Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur and others have been linked with the Croatian international as well.

Juranovic is currently away at the World Cup though, with the Croatia national team, as they have managed to make it to the semi-finals of the tournament. He has been a regular starter for them and his performances have only raised interest in his signature.

But it does not look like Juranovic is listening to any rumours at the moment, and is completely focused on the Croatia national team.

As reported by the Daily Record, Juranovic said about the speculation about his Celtic future:

"“Honestly, I haven’t read what was written since we arrived. We’re just focused on the national team. I even told my agent not to send me anything, I’m not interested at all right now. I want to do something for myself, my future sons and daughters, I want to tell them the story of what we did and to be proud.”"

It will be very interesting to see what the future holds for Juranovic after the World Cup. Considering how things have gone for him at the World Cup, it seems inevitable that a big club will swoop in and sign him away from Celtic in the January transfer window.

The Croatian has been a regular starter for Celtic since he arrived at the club in the summer of 2021 from Legia Warsaw, and as a result, him leaving in the middle of the season is not ideal at all.

But then, they already seem to have brought in a replacement in the form of Alistair Johnston, and considering the fact that he has shined at the World Cup with the Croatian national team, Celtic can expect to get a big transfer fee out of his Parkhead exit, whenever it eventually ends up happening.
