Celtic are one of the best supported and most famous clubs in the world and unfortunately, due to the standing of the Scottish league in the European game, the Hoops cannot actually compete with the giants of the game at the biggest of stages.
We have seen proof of that in the Champions League this season, when despite putting in good performances against Real Madrid, RB Leipzig and Shakhtar Donetsk, Celtic find themselves at the bottom of their group and it is very likely that that is where they will finish, unless something unexpected happens over the next two games.
That does not mean that Celtic are not recognised by some of the biggest clubs, as one of the best as well though. And the latest in that list are Paris Saint-Germain.
As reported by the Daily Record, a Celtic ultras group have featured in a tifo display from Paris Saint-Germain fans ahead of their game against Marseille.

When it comes to the particular game, PSG went on to win by a 1-0 scoreline with Neymar finding the back of the net vs Marseille.
PSG are a club that Celtic fans seem to have had a great relationship with over the years. In recent times, we have seen them enjoying together during a pre-season game as well. In recent times, the two sides have met in the Champions League as well and it remains to be seen if they come up against each other in the future or not.
Of course, both clubs stand in very different places when it comes to the bigger picture. PSG are always one of the favourites to win the Champions League title while it will be interesting to see if Celtic are able to make the competition next time or not. It is great to see the French champions give a nod to the Scottish giants though.
