Celtic have had a busy transfer window this summer to say the least, busier than most fans would have expected. The club have held onto the likes of Jota, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Daizen Maeda on permanent deals after their successful loan spells. On the other hand, they have brought in new faces in Aaron Mooy, Alexandro Bernabei and Benjamin Siegrist permanently, and Moritz Jenz on loan. A deal for Sead Haksabanovic is also considered to be only a matter of time.
On the other hand, there have been a few exits as well. While there has been no headline grabber this time around, there have been significant departures nonetheless.
Christopher Jullien and Boli Bolingoli have left on permanent deals while Vasilis Barkas and Ismaila Soro have left on loan, as have many others. Another key name could soon be added to that list as well.
As reported by Football Scotland, Mikey Johnston could depart in the coming days with Ange Postecoglou keen on sending him out on loan. The winger has a number of suitors and is weighing up all of his options before deciding on his next move.

It is safe to say that Johnston will be helped by a loan move. His chances of getting regular playing time at Parkhead is slim.
While coming through the youth ranks, Johnston was the most highly-rated player at the club and many even believed that he could develop into a 20-goal-a-season winger for the Hoops. That has not happened.
Instead, he has struggled with fitness and slipped down the pecking order as a result. He seems to be lacking in confidence as well. Thus, a loan move would do him the world of good.
While it is believed that clubs around Europe are interested in Johnston, Standard de Liege, managed by Ronny Deila, are the only ones whose name has done the rounds of the media till now.
