A lot of players have revitalised their careers under the management of Ange Postecoglou at Celtic. The two prime examples are Jota and Anthony Ralston. The Portuguese winger had been one of the most highly rated talents in the world while coming through the youth ranks at Benfica but had never been able to make his mark at the senior level. That changed once he joined the Hoops on loan last season and the club are looking to make the move permanent this summer.

On the other hand, most fans believed that the Scottish full-back had no future at Celtic after failing to impress for the senior team. He underwent a transformation last season though, establishing himself as an important part of the team, coming up with some huge moments that had a direct impact on the fate of the league and even scoring his first goal for Scotland in his very first start for the national team recently.

Another player whose career needs a boost is Karamoko Dembele, as he has never managed to find his feet at the senior level, despite being one of the most in-demand talents during his youth career.

His Celtic future remains a mystery. His current deal ran out this summer but neither the player nor the club has made any announcement regarding an exit. And now, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Daily Record), Lecce director of football Pantaleo Corvino has held talks with the youngster and a contract worth €1million has been put on the table.

There is a feeling that someone like Dembele could thrive if he gets an opportunity under the management of Postecoglou. But, it remains to be seen if he even stays at Celtic or not.

The fact that no announcement regarding his exit has been made would suggest that the possibility of him extending his deal is not completely out of the picture yet.

But at the same time, with him not getting many first-team opportunities till now, it would not be a huge surprise if Dembele leaves in the summer.
