Celtic have made some excellent additions to their squad since the arrival of Ange Postecoglou as manager, as he has shown a keen eye for picking out talent. Hopefully, this will continue moving forward as well as the Hoops look to establish themselves as the dominant club in Scotland once again while also making a mark in European competitions, something that they have not been able to do in recent times.

Players like Kyogo, Jota, Liel Abada, Giorgos Giakoumakis, Josip Juranovic and several others are looking like excellent additions to this Celtic squad and they are expected to get even better moving forward.

Another player who is being linked with Celtic recently is Bayern Munich’s Christopher Scott, who could potentially depart the Bundesliga giants in the near future.

His current deal with Bayern Munich runs out next summer, although the club do have an option to extend it. That could open the door for Celtic to sign him for a surprisingly low fee.

Celtic could sign Bayern Munich’s Scott for surprise transfer fee

As reported by Sky Sport, Bayern Munich could end up extending the contract of Scott and then let him leave for a transfer fee around €600,000. That could allow them to have a buyback option included as well.

Other than Celtic, Scott has also been linked with Brentford and several other Bundesliga clubs are believed to be keeping an eye on the situation as well.

Scott had come through the youth ranks at Bayer Leverkusen before moving to Bayern Munich. He has done an incredible job at the youth level for both clubs and has represented Germany at multiple youth levels as well.

At the senior level, he has a couple of appearances for Bayern Munich till now. And at 19 years of age, he is only expected to get better moving forward.
