Celtic should be confident of their chances heading into their upcoming Premiership game against the Rangers. Ange Postecoglou’s side have had their fair share of struggles but more often than not, they have managed to find a way. Also, the Hoops managed to get a dominant 3-0 win the last time the two sides faced each other in a Glasgow Derby. Thus, while they face a difficult task, it is not impossible to get a result out of their trip to Ibrox at all.

On the other hand, the pressure will be on the Rangers to make something happen. Even a draw would be a bad result for them, as they trail Celtic by three points.

They are already facing injury problems at the moment, with question marks over Alfredo Morelos. And now, it looks like they have been handed another worry surrounding Aaron Ramsey.

While speaking to Sky Sports, Rob Page has revealed that Ramsey will not start for Wales in their next game, while also admitting that he struggled towards the end of their previous match and might not even be in the squad:

Rangers suffer another Ramsey worry before facing Celtic

Ramsey was Rangers’ big name loan signing of the January transfer window. But since then, it has not worked out for the Welshman, who has struggled for fitness and barely featured for the Ibrox side.

And it appears that they could be sweating about his fitness heading into the big game against Celtic as well.

When it comes to Celtic, they must be focused on what is on their plate right now and prepare for the best version of the Rangers. From some of their European performances this season, we know that Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side can produce a result on their day.

A win for Celtic at Ibrox would be huge and could even spell the end of the title race. But even a draw would be a solid result.
