Anthony Ralston

Is Ralston good enough to be a regular starter for Celtic? The jury is still out on that. But one thing that he has been very good at doing this season is coming up good in the big moments.

And Celtic might need someone like him in a game at Parkhead against St Mirren, where the visitors would be expected to sit deep.

Cameron Carter-Vickers

Carter-Vickers has been Celtic’s most consistent defender this season and is expected to retain his place in the starting XI.

Carl Starfelt

Starfelt has blown hot and cold through the course of the season and unfortunately, he appears to be going through a cold run of form right now.

Josip Juranovic

Juranovic might be the starting right-back for the Croatia national team but considering the circumstances, it might be at left-back that he is a better fit for Celtic at the moment.

Callum McGregor

McGregor has not been at his consistent best in recent games and it is safe to say the Hoops need him to rediscover his form as soon as possible.

Reo Hatate

Another player who has looked off colour in recent games is Hatate, after his incredible start at Celtic. Let’s see if he can get back to his best soon.

Matt O’Riley

It seems to be a toss up between Tom Rogic and O’Riley at the moment, and after the Australian failed to impress in the previous game, it might be the former MK Dons player’s turn to start a game.

Liel Abada

Abada has been pretty good for Celtic recently and arguably their best player in recent weeks. Hopefully, he will continue to put in those kind of performances.

Daizen Maeda

Maeda has not looked great leading the line but with question marks over Giorgos Giakoumakis’ fitness, he might have to start here.

Jota

Jota has not looked at his best either. Celtic need him to be their talisman right now though.
