For those who are not keeping up with every Celtic match, things might look rosy at Parkhead. After all, the club have already won the Scottish League Cup this season, are still in the Scottish Cup and sit 3 points ahead of the Rangers in the Premiership table. Thus, it is safe to say that Ange Postecoglou deserves a lot of credit for how far he has taken this team in such a short span of time.

Last season, the Hoops had finished trophyless, 25 points behind the Rangers in the Premiership and did not play any kind of football worth remembering.

Thus, things are looking up for Celtic for sure. But that does not mean that everything is fine and the manager has nothing to worry about.

In fact, on the contrary, some of the recent performances from Celtic have raised a lot of eyebrows. They have appeared to have lost a step in the previous few games and could only play out a goalless draw against Hibernian recently away at Easter Road.

Celtic: Ange Postecoglou’s 3 biggest problems right now

Here are the three biggest problems that Ange Postecoglou is facing right now, as he looks to guide Celtic to the Premiership:

How to break down tough defences?

One of the biggest problems that Celtic are facing right now is breaking down opposition defences. Postecoglou’s side have made a reputation for blowing away teams in the first half itself.

That is why, they appear to be extra careful against the Hoops in the first 45 minutes. And that has been a worry for Postecoglou’s side, as they have struggled to find a way past some resolute defences, especially in the absence of Kyogo, whose incredible movement is vital to the way Celtic play their football.

Postecoglou needs to figure out a way for Celtic to start scoring as freely as they were just a month ago, once again.
