Josip Juranovic

Juranovic put in his best performance in a Celtic shirt in the game against the Rangers and it very much looks like he has managed to solidify his place as the starting right-back at Parkhead despite the presence of Anthony Ralston.

Cameron Carter-Vickers

Carter-Vickers has been incredibly impressive ever since arriving at Celtic in the summer on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur and seems to be one of the first names on the team sheet these days.

Carl Starfelt

Questions have been raised about Starfelt from time to time but he has been solid after the winter break.

Greg Taylor

Another player who put in a big performance against the Rangers is Taylor, dealing brilliantly with Manchester United loanee, Amad.

Nir Bitton

Bitton was suspended for the game against the Rangers but might be back for this one, as McGregor is nowhere near 100 per cent and he should not be playing every game.

Tom Rogic

Rogic has missed the last several games as a result of being away on international duty but he could be starting here.

Reo Hatate

Hatate is coming off of arguably the biggest performance of his career. The Japanese star scored twice and provided an assist in Celtic’s 3-0 win over the Rangers. And it is safe to say that he is already an undroppable in Ange Postecoglou’s side.

Liel Abada

Abada has had his fair share of critics but he came up with the big moments against the Rangers as well, both scoring and assisting, which should have given the youngster a lot of confidence.

Daizen Maeda

In the absence of Maeda, who was away on international duty, Giorgos Giakoumakis did a very good job. But the Greek striker deserves a well-earned rest for this one, while the Japanese forward is yet to completely settle in at Celtic and would benefit from playing time.

Jota

While not at his sparkling best since returning from injury, there is no question that Jota is one of the best players in this team.
