Anthony Ralston

Ralston has been one of Celtic’s standout players this season and should start at right-back against Hibernian. Not only has he improved defensively this season, but has shown the ability to come up with a moment of magic in front of goal as well.

Cameron Carter-Vickers

Carter-Vickers has been Celtic’s most consistent and arguably best defender this season till now. Hopefully, he will continue to perform in the second half of the campaign as well.

Carl Starfelt

Some of Starfelt’s recent performances have raised eyebrows and hopefully he has rediscovered his form over the winter break.

Greg Taylor

While several players have featured at left-back over the campaign, Ange Postecoglou has mostly relied on Taylor in big games, when he has been fit and available.

Callum McGregor

The Celtic captain has been a consistent performer and an ever-present in the starting XI for years and that is not expected to change any time soon.

Reo Hatate

It would not be a surprise to see Hatate make his Celtic debut against Hibernian. He was a standout in the J1 League in the 2021 campaign.

Tom Rogic

Rogic has been Celtic’s standout player in recent times, with both Jota and Kyogo struggling with injuries. Hopefully, he will continue to make the difference.

Josip Juranovic

With question marks over the availability of Kyogo and Jota, Juranovic might have to start on the right wing, as he has done quite a few times recently.

Liel Abada

Abada has shown some decent movement and ability up front and he might get the nod here once again, if neither Jota nor Kyogo can feature.

Daizen Maeda

The big debut for Celtic. Maeda has arrived at Parkhead after topping the scoring charts in the J1 League. And one will be hoping that he has brought his scoring boots to Glasgow along with him.
