South Korean players have thrived in European football over the years and Song Min-kyu is considered as one of their brightest talents at this point of time.

Min-kyu has already won the K League Young Player of the Year award in the past and has recently been linked with a potential move to Celtic along with quite a few other European clubs.

Min-kyu enjoyed a spectacular time with the Pohang Steelers but has not found the going as smooth since joining Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors in the summer. There is no question about his talent or potential though and he has already made quite a few appearances for the South Korean national team.

Having just turned 22 years of age, Min-kyu has time on his side and would be expected to improve further moving forward as he gains more experience. He is believed to be rated at a transfer fee around £1.5 million and a move to Europe has been touted as the next possible move in his development as a player. Could a Celtic switch lie in his future?

Fernando Henrique

Fernando Henrique is very highly-rated in Brazil and has been linked with a move to Celtic in recent times as well.

Midfield is one area that Celtic need to improve in and someone like Henrique is an exciting prospect to consider for sure.

Henrique is still just 20 years of age but has made quite a few appearances for Gremio already. Capable of playing as a defensive midfielder and a central midfielder, he possesses decent defensive abilities as well as a great range of passing, that can open up opposition defences from deep.

It is believed that it could take a transfer fee of around £3.6 million to seal his signature and it remains to be seen if Celtic do make a move for him in the upcoming January transfer window.
