It is safe to say that Celtic have managed to turn things around a bit in recent weeks and once again, there is a lot of excitement around Parkhead. The club are on a four game winning streak and it does feel like things are slowly but surely falling into place for Ange Postecoglou’s side.

Postecoglou’s start to life at Celtic has not been the best as results have been mixed till now. But he has already managed to win the support of the fans and many feel like he is the man to take the Hoops back to the top.

Several players appear to have improved under the management of Postecoglou. One man who has had a sort of career revival though is Tom Rogic.

Rogic had slipped out of the first-team picture in recent years but following the departure of Ryan Christie in the summer, he is firmly back in it and doing quite well. And Postecoglou feels that there is more to come from the Australian international. As reported by the Daily Record, the manager said:

"“I still think there’s more to come. He’s only 28. In many respects his best football years could be ahead of him.”"

Postecoglou also added:

"“I know Tom well and have always felt that he’s got something special about him.”"

Rogic has been back in the Celtic first-team picture since Postecoglou’s arrival

Not too long ago, it had felt like Rogic’s Celtic career was nearing an end and he was headed for a transfer exit. That did not materialise though and now, he is very much in the first-team picture once again.

According to stats from Transfermarkt, Rogic has scored 1 goal and provided 4 assists in 21 appearances for Celtic this season, while featuring for 1172 minutes of football.

It is safe to say that there has never been any question about Rogic’s abilities. But injury problems in recent seasons had seen his importance to this Celtic side fade away.

He does have the ability make something special happen though and is a brilliant player to have in the team. It is great to see him playing regular football once again and hopefully he will continue to do so moving forward.
