Ajeti is an absolute fox in the box.

Ajeti, who signed a four-year deal from West Ham a month ago has made a tremendous impact already, having provided three goals through three league matches thus far. Seemingly able to find goals any time in the box, he looks to be the perfect compliment to Edouard upfront, building upon each other’s playstyle incredibly well.

This was on display with his 20th-minute goal today, following Edouard’s goal from the penalty spot earlier on. Ajeti is the first player to score three from his first three since Hoops invincible Scott Sinclair did so for the club during the 2016-2017 season.

Ajeti’s form is quite the shock, especially given that he saw limited playtime with West Ham last season, making just nine appearances for the Hammers with no goals to his name.

The two look set to score an absolute flurry of goals this season, and if the squad continues to impress like they did today, a tenth-straight league title could be as good as in the bag for the Hoops.
