Celtic return to action after four months as they take on Nice in a pre-season tournament in France. Here is how to watch the Hoops.

Celtic will be looking to get into form as they travel to France to take on Nice, Lyon and on Tuesday a friendly against Paris St. Germain that is not apart of the tournament. The Hoops have not seen action for over four months and the club looks quite different after departures of some key players occurred during that time frame.

The return to football, even if it is just a pre-season tournament, will surely raise the morale of Celtic fans and supporters everywhere. It will be the first look at the club that is heading into a legendary 10-in-a-row season. This is one of those matches that you will not want to miss!

Time and Venue:

Time: 19:45pm BST/ 15:45pm EST

Date: July 16th, 2020

Venue: Groupama Stadium, Lyon, France

Weather: 26C/78F. 0% chance of precipitation at kickoff, partly cloudy.

How to Watch:

Nice v Celtic will be shown live in the United Kingdom exclusively on Premier Sports. Viewers can also watch the match on Premier Player via that stream.

The match will also be available for live stream on Celtic TV (subscription required) for all fans outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland. For all fans that live within the UK and Ireland, and subscribe to Celtic TV,  the match will be replayed on Celtic TV a few hours after the conclusion of the match.

The Hoops have a few big weeks ahead as they prepare for their SPFL season to begin on August 2nd against Hamilton. Key questions remain such as who will the club bring in to be the starting goalkeeper, and what other fire power will the squad add in order to ensure they achieve history.

Our Prediction: Nice 1-2 Hoops
