Here’s a wild card option. A 6’3″ tall, 24 year old Serbian keeper playing for Reims in the French league. He’s had a great season there drawing lots of potential interest.

Of keepers in the top 5 European leagues in the last season there are only two ahead of his 79.76% save percentage. He has a very good record at Reims this season and his performances and 14 shutouts have helped them qualify for the Europa League.  Rajković only joined Reims last summer in a £5m move but is already attracting interest. That could make him open to a move, but may also raise the price, although current reckoning is around £7m or so might seal a deal.

At the price, apparently PSG would be keen for him to move to them as their back up keeper. Now that’s an attractive club and offers more longer term, but if he is hungry to play then maybe going as No. 2 wont appeal as much. Could the prospect of record breaking possibilities and European football be enough to lure him to Celtic?

A long shot perhaps, but then we will need a keeper capable of coping with those!
