Celtic and Rangers transfer target has made his choice

One transfer target coveted by both Celtic and Rangers has reportedly already made his decision on where he wants to go next.
It appears that one transfer target of both Celtic and Rangers has made his decision. It seems the media is always connecting the same players to both Glaswegian clubs. It makes sense, sometimes it is true, other times it is for the press.
But this time there seems to have been some truth to the rumours. Renato Tapia has been the topic of hot contention and has been connected to both the Hoops and Rangers during this time. Currently a midfielder for Feyenoord, the player will be available to choose a club at the end of this season since his contract will be up.
He is an attractive option to both clubs. He could present a could veteran fit with the Hoops, and with Rangers, well he won’t come with a transfer fee which would be good for their financial situation.
However Peru’s technical director has hinted that Tapia has already made his decision. Here is what he had to say while speaking with Ovacion:
"“Tapia is going to get a team and what’s more, I think he already has.“I don’t want to say who it is though because he still has a contract until the end of the month.“I feel calm when it comes to him.”"
While not very telling it seems that Tapia has his mind made up. Now all that remains is to wait to see what the midfielder wants to do. According to his dad last month, Celtic and Rangers are quite interested. He called the two Glasgow clubs out by name, which means that they are likely what he is focusing on.
This transfer window promises to be a good one.
