Rangers appear desperate to avoid releasing the dossier they apparently possess which proves the SPFL’s ‘corruption’ and ‘bullying’.

It’s easy to claim things but hard to prove them. The Rangers are learning that the hard way right now as they are under immense pressure to release the dossier of evidence that they claim to possess, which proves the SPFL of being a corrupt governing body.

The accusations were made earlier when a motion passed by the SPFL to conclude the lower three Scottish leagues managed to get the majority of the votes. The Ibrox club were seeking to prevent it from going through as it would only open the door to Celtic being crowned the champions in the very near future.

On the other hand, Steven Gerrard’s side want the league to be declared ‘null and void’ despite the fact that they currently sit 13 points behind the league leaders. And when some controversy cropped up in the voting process as Dundee FC decided to get their initial vote changed, Rangers decided to make grave accusations against the SPFL.

The Ibrox club had apparently received evidence of SPFL’s wrongdoings from a whistleblower. As a result, they called for Neil Doncaster to be suspended and wanted an independent investigation into the whole voting process.

Everybody since then has been calling for the club to release the evidence that they apparently possess and bring the whole matter to a close. But for some reason, they have been delaying it till now.

First, they claimed that they would only provide it to independent investigators. But now under immense pressure to show their hand, it had been earlier reported that they were going to release it on Tuesday.

Well, Tuesday has come and gone. Any sign of the dossier? Apparently, now they are gonna release it on Thursday. Why the delay if this is a document that they have possessed all along? Are they waiting for the stars to align. Do they even possess a dossier? Or are they buying time for themselves as they scramble to come up something against the SPFL in order to save face? Your guess is as good as ours.
