Mocking the Champions League draw, Celtic style

Group G:

Monaco certainly have been grabbing headlines this offseason and Porto aren’t exactly the slouches of European football either. So, had Celtic not been drawn in to the group above, this wouldn’t have been a bad home.

But…then Roma got drawn in out of pot 3 and suddenly a difficult, but manageable situation became very dangerous for anyone out of pot 4.

That duty fell to Maribor, and it appears we know the three teams that are likely to keep playing in European football at the end of the group stage.

Well, at least that should be true as long as Monaco stops selling like crazy.

Too bad Celtic’s name was already drawn because this wouldn’t have sucked.
