Top 10 goals of the 2016-17 Celtic season

What a season 2016-17 was for the Bhoys in Green. Few would’ve predicted a treble, let alone a completely unbeaten domestic season for Celtic in manager Brendan Rodgers’ first season.

But, that is exactly what happened. Well, that and along with it bunch of Scottish league records went tumbling as well. There were the most points ever in a league season, largest margin of victory in points, largest goal differential and on and on, but one record stood proud above them all.

That record was for the most goals scored in a league season.

Celtic put in 106 goals between the pipes in 2016-17 and there were plenty of moments of pure brilliance. We aren’t here to celebrate them all though, rather we have poured over the 106 goals and somehow narrowed down the list to the best 10 goals of this past season.

With Celtic just about to start another campaign (where has the summer gone already), which goals made our list? Let’s take a look, shall we.
