Few players have loved playing Sevco more than Moussa Dembele. He’s already bagged half of Celtic’s goals against the other team in Glasgow, and with two more games to go it could be more in the offing.

While we’ve seen two other goals he’s scored so far, but none were as important as his effort on News Year’s Eve. As Celtic sat down 1-0 in the 34th minute, the Bhoys found themselves with a corner kick and needing some offensive firepower in a big way.

Enter Dembele, who somehow was found free on the far side of the corner kick. He crushed the goal and went on to send 2016 out in style.

Celtic of course went on to win the match thanks to a 70th minute goal from the other breakout star of this season — Scott Sinclair.
