4. Celtic 0-0 Bayern Munich (2003-04)

Yes, a zero-zero draw makes the list folks.
Let’s just say this was actually an entertaining affair and most importantly it was a necessary point for the Bhoys. Following the fifth matchday for Group A, it was Celtic atop the group and keeping the German’s one point off the other three sides in the group.
Celtic frustrated the visitors, forcing 23 fouls and seven corner kicks. The hosts also had a 5-3 advantage in shots on target.
Naturally, it was the pair of Chris Sutton and Henrick Larsson doing the threatening, with Sutton narrowly missing in the opening minutes and Larsson seeing a blast go just wide of Oliver Khan’s goal in the fourth minute.
Celtic simply were on the front foot all match long, and just like Wednesday’s 3-3 draw with Man City, left many a supporter wondering if all three points really should’ve been had.
As it turns out, the three points would’ve been huge. That’s because Celtic ultimately parachuted out of the group and in to the UEFA Cup following a 3-2 loss to Olympic Lyon, getting a point against one of European football’s biggest clubs is never something to be ashamed of.
