Mocking the Champions League draw, Celtic style
Group B:
This is the group no one would want to see, with Real Madrid headlining it. Let’s just say 24 other teams will pray they aren’t in this group when they see this name at the top. Unfortunately for Madrid they aren’t going to like this group a whole lot either.
Seeing Borussia Dortmund is no fun and who knows what form Liverpool are going to be in by the time this competition kicks off. Still, I wouldn’t want to face any team Jurgen Klopp puts out in the Champions League.
Any chance to see a match with Borussia Dortmund at home in the Champions League is a good one to take. As in really amazing atmosphere and a charged side on the pitch as well, which makes them dangerous.
Well that and a red-hot American named Christian Pulisic as well.
Then there are UCL vets, APOEL…who are likely to find themselves on the bottom of this group, but give very little indication of just how good they are. Put the Cypriot side in almost any other group and they may be a side capable of that coveted third spot and the Europa League.
While it is hard to see Real Madrid not dominating this group, this would be far from the easy group Los Blancos are hoping for ahead of the actual Champions League group stage draw.
